Facebook's new News Feed - Looks a lot like Google+

Friday, March 08, 2013

Okay, so Facebook launched a radical new look for its news feed. I'm not going to lie. I hate it when Facebook does its redesigns. It feels like it's only been weeks since they last changed it. I'm just gonna say what everyone else (on Twitter) is saying: it looks like they copied it from Google+! Seriously, look at this comparison done by Mashable. Even the buttons on the right were arranged almost exactly as how the G+ buttons appear on their site. It's definitely a cleaner look. I just don't understand it. Cleaner look means more time required to scroll down and check other posts from your friends. Who's complaining about cluttered news feed? Not me!
