Before we judge, let's first acknowledge the fact that we weren't there. We don't know what REALLY happened. Here's an account shared by a passenger (who was present when all of this went down). Let's highlight the important points: (Thanks to @DigitalFilipino for sharing!)

• Cebu Pacific's baggage management was fucked. So Claudine raised hell at the counter. Mon Tulfo saw what was happening and probably thought it was newsworthy. (Of course, it was!) He decided to take a photo (not a video) of what happened. 
• Raymart "calmly" (remains to be proven) approached Tulfo and asked him what he was doing. Tulfo allegedly said, "Anong pakielam mo!" before punching Raymart on his face (near his eye).
• Claudine saw what happened and asked Tulfo why he punched his husband. Tulfo ALLEGEDLY kicked her twice. He ALLEGEDLY kicked her so hard that she hit the complaint desk.
